 Specialty Programs & ClassesStudents and enthusiasts of Karate have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Amber WatchThe Amber Watch "Be Safe!" safe program is part of the Karate Of The Woodlands curriculum and consists of "Be Safe!" tips every month that the students are given from their workbook. There are two worksheets that include a coloring page and informational handout that the students fill out. These "Be Safe!" tips help educate our students on how to stay away from predators and gives them good tools and information to do so. Amber Watch "Be Safe" - Dear Parent Letter View and print a Sample of the "Be Safe" tips presenting a series of “what if?” scenarios with pictures that can be colored. Eagle PatchThe Eagle Patch is a patch that Karate Of The Woodlands members receive when inviting a family member or friend to the program and he or she signs up for the program. The student is awarded with the Eagle Patch and a gold star to represent the number of people they have invited to join the program. The more people they invite that join the program, the more gold stars they receive. Personal Development ProgramThe Ultimate Character Development Program... Don't you wish that you had someone to partner with you while you are navigating those crucial parenting years? Everyone could use a great coach: someone to listen to them, support them, and help them achieve their goals and dreams. Children who work with a Personal Development Coach take action and move forward. They learn and grow while achieving fulfillment and balance.
